My theme today is the color "white", and the first Etsy listing that caught my eye was a piece of vintage milkglass. I'm saving "vintage" for another day's topic, and focus for now simply on the loveliness of ethereal, creamy white in various manifestations of new and old creations. I found myself going back and forth in time as I ran across milkglass and broken china repurposed as jewelry, then some modern-day handcrafted porcelain pieces that reminded me of the classic hobnail motif of milkglassware. Creamy white goes organic with handcrafted creations in felted and repurposed fiber, modern stoneware and an ethereal natural orb of lava. If you see tempations here that please your eye, please click on the pictures to go directly to these Etsy listings. Prices range from $14.50 to $85.00.
From top left to bottom right, today's Etsy artists and sellers include: asecondtime, thejunebride, mymilkglasshop, jessicasart, kimwestad, NewMoonStudio, Tiktokceramica, corybethy, ingermaaike, PetitOiseau

Great picks! thanks for including my Sweet Pea.
Great blog!! Love todays finds, everything looks so elegant. white is probably the color I don't like the most (because hubby thinks it's the only color for the inside of a house). But you have found some awesome white items. I guess not everything can be red.
Gorgeous collection of items!
Thanks everybody for visiting and for your comments!
I used to want only white inside my house when I lived in California with its strong, intense light, but in the more mellow natural light of the northwest, I now like white as an accent against earthier colors inside my house.
One of my college professors always liked to say that a good test of a design is to do the prototype in white. If an object looks good in white, it'll look good in color. He drove a classic white Ferrari roadster, and the absence of color did emphasize the beautiful lines and form of the body.
Wow! What a beautiful selection.I just love natural colours. Thankyou for including my milk jug and sugar bowl.
What a beautiful collection of items! I particularly love the Kim Westad vessel and the wool brooch. Really lovely.
